My cravings for fruit are really strong today. I really miss apples. Generally, whenever I am in need of a snack, apples are there for me. Now, I seem to be reaching for fats. I am doing lots of greens in the form of juice or salads, but I seem to be hitting the seeds a little more than normal.
Over the past few weeks I have been feeling a little bit off. Every now and then, I will get an extreme feeling of nausea and off balances. It will generally come to me in the morning and it gets to the point where I can't really function and have to take up to 30 minutes to get back to feeling normal.
I feel like I am slightly mineral deficient and have been avoiding water and supplements, but today I went and picked up Pure Synergy and Gold 360 to help get me back up to speed. I am not a fan of feeling off but it seems I push myself to the edge.
